Difficult to read
Cannot locate accessibility settings. This app doesn’t seem to be compliant with ADAAA.
Too Many Ads
Every time I try to look at a news video I have to wait for one or two commercials to complete. There is not a way to option out of the ads. This is very annoying and I’m planning to delete your app.
Too many of the same notifications
The app itself is fine but too many notifications are sent regarding the same story. It’s too much. I will literally have 12 notifications on the same thing. It’s not updated info, it’s no longer breaking news. I’d like to be able to control the number of notifications a day.
Pop Up Pain
It is extremely annoying to have a giant pop up ad blocking the screen for several seconds at the beginning before any other content can be seen. That certainly causes me to think negatively of the company who purchased the add. Other TV stations whose apps I have allow immediate access to news stories but do have ad links further down the page that can be viewed or easily scrolled past. I realize you have to monetize the app so that it does remain free but there are better ways to do that.

Updates keep getting worse
Landscape view not available on ipad. Don’t your programmers test their updates. Each update is worse than last. Fortunately there is another local news app that has a great app.
iPad screen rotation has a bug
The app is not formatted correctly for the iPad, the video does not play in landscape/widescreen as expected

The app does not work on Apple devices. Combination of blank screens and ads is all that comes up.

Notification Sound
I no longer get the News 10 door bell sound notification when I get notifications. This has happened since the changes to the app
No control for sound!
BEWARE! The app now launches video and ADS with SOUND!!! There’s nowhere in the settings to disable sound or the auto start in video.
Will not let rotate on iPad
Before the update I could rotate the screen, no it will not rotate. Will be deleting app.
