Are the articles written by journalism students? It sure seems so, and not in a good way. Articles are frequently inaccurate or incomplete. Stats used are often wrong, final scores are sometimes completely omitted (!!!) from the article and occasionally statements are made that make me wonder if the writer even saw the game.
To the writers and editor - raise the bar. This isnāt good enough.
UPDATE (4/18/26)- You reported that because of weather, the Friday and Saturday softball games would be a doubleheader on Friday. Actually, it was on Saturday. Sighā¦
SO, Saturday morning, I looked for the scores and found no score. I naturally figured you guys were wrong as you are so often. That was the case.
So I saw that your site said Saturdayās game(s) started at 4pm. So I go to the stadium, Goodman Diamond, just before 4pm to catch one, maybe 2 games.
When I arrived, I saw the game was in the bottom of the 6th inning already. What. The. HELL?!
Turns out, not only was the game already going on, but that was the end of the SECOND GAME. I missed the whole damn doubleheader because you idiots canāt even get game times right!
Man, you guys SUCK.

Disappointing
Itās unfortunate such a stellar university canāt have a better app for athletics. The schedule feature is only useful if you are looking at a specific date. It should be really easy to filter by sport and see their schedule but you canāt. Managing tickets isnāt exactly intuitive either. And please, remove the ads.

Whoās playing today on Peacock?
All I need here is a good schedule. My family is referencing something at 3 pm on Peacock. The app has not shed light on what sport. Itās hard to find the game time for football, and the type size is TOO SMALL. Not even the name of the sport is clear on this app.

Page does not refresh when prompted. The app on my phone still ārefreshesā to the UW/NW B1G Tournament hoops game, when that was yesterday and at the moment they are playing v UCLA.
Also doesnāt refresh consistently even if you havenāt been on it in awhile.

Also impossible to get back to the app Home page after viewing game stats in an article link. And since the app doesnāt refresh well when prompted, I actually have to shut down my phone and restart it to sever the connection, re-establish the connection, to get back to the Home Screen. I also occasionally do this just to refresh the screen so I can read new articles.

App updates for ticketing is great.

Canāt access my tix
Iāve tried to delete app and refresh, but nothing I do allows my mobile tix to come up on app. I have to log into browser and that has never happened before. What is the point of having the app if it doesnāt work.

Downloaded several times but app just closes. I give up.

Not happy with updates
I am not liking that the sports I follow are buried on a more page. Also, when trying to listen to the action, clicking the button appears is actually to close the app. Seriously, this is a huge disappointment. IT is failing miserably on this one.
The app crashes whenever I open it
The title is self explanatory. I tap on the app icon, it loads for a fraction of a second, then closes. Great app design!
App doesn't even work
I've had this app for years and now when you click on it, it doesn't even pop-up. After deleting and reinstalling the app several times, it still doesn't work.
Update requires sign in every time
Please change the default, so it is not required to resign in at every use.

Thank goodness I can still log in on the web to access my tickets, because the newest update causes the app to fail to load. Iāve deleted and reinstalled a couple times, and restarted my phone a couple times, no luck.
