We understand that you might not want to access the new Kingdom of Sadness, Kingdom of Joy, new AR games, new printables or languages we are developing. In addition to new content, we continuously work on technical maintenance to ensure the app continues to work with each iOS update. If we stop updating the app it will stop working in the next months, hence the challenge of offering a lifetime purchase. Expensive and boring
Claims to be an “adventure game” but more like a tutorial laced with terms most adults don’t know, let alone a small child. If you try and introduce it as a “game” you’ll find your child disappointed.
The one “game” aspect my child tried caused frustration because the “angry voice” they are supposed to identify doesn’t sound even mildly perturbed.
Based on the cost it seems aimed at schools rather that individuals.

We'd love to learn more about your experience, in particular if you purchased a subscription, your child should have been able to access dozens of games within the Kingdoms of Anger and Fear, as well as 3 Augmented Reality mindful breathing exercises, 50 printables, 12 guided meditations, and dozens of real life practice activities. From your description it seems like your child might have been exploring the free version, which only includes samples of the game. There are many other games your kids can play besides winning superpowers: - if your device supports Augmented Reality, there are 3 AR games that your kids will love: being inside a snow globe and seeing a snowman and a cat appearing in their living room, bubble breathing where they form bubbles and a cat tries to catch their bubbles, and breathing with Wisdom to practice mindfulness. - Wisdom also includes a "Children's Activities" section on the main menu with 50+ printable activities and 30+ hands-on activities, movement breaks, and guided meditations. - if your device supports iOS 14, you can also add Wisdom's Widget to your home screen with a daily social emotional learning activity to complete! Wisdom's content is updated regularly and we are continuously working on new games and new content. Makes it fun for children to navigate through their feelings!
The app teaches children how to recognize and manage difficult emotions like anger. The engaging adventure-like plot, instant feedback, and repetition all makes it very engaging for children.
The AR feature is a wonderfully meditative and magical experience. There are three different experiences all aimed to make it fun and rewarding to breathe slowly and wait for the storm of emotion to calm down. My favorite one helps kids visualize their breaths. I’m not a kid anymore but I love it nonetheless!
