Keeps logging me out and won’t let me log back in

Every day when I get onto this app it logs me out, and it can take days if not weeks to log back in, I do every step correctly but this always happens. And once I’m logged in the very next day I’m logged out. Any possible way you could fix that?

Finally. For a long time the schools website was hard to navigate. Now I have an app that I can use and I can have my kids download so they can see updates. Love the new website also. Live feed is the best. Keep up the great work.
