Overcharged my account
A specific amount was shown due in the app, but my credit card was charged for an amount over twice the amount shown.
I do believe that is not legal - to charge more than what was authorized. And this isn’t the first time. I have complained to Wise Electric. Next time I’ll check with law enforcement first and blame the developer.
The problems encountered with this app show a lack of professionalism. The displays to end users of coding errors is reprehensible. Wise Electric has been given this same information. I do hope it results in corrections.

Can’t pay through app
Have added my accounts, however when I go to payment it won’t let me sign in. Says add account. I’ve already done that!
Keeps telling me to add account
I have my account added to this app but it won’t let me pat my Bill or even read it. Keeps saying add an account.
Dedicated crew
I have lived on Wise Electric lines for over 40 years and a I can count on both hands the number of times my electricity has been off for an extended length of time. I love the new app giving customs the ability to look during an outage to see how many people around them are also out. Thank you guys for all the many long hours you put in most of them in hazardous conditions, sacrificing time with your families and missing many other things you had planned. When you see them around town, give a handshake and tell them them you appreciate them.
