App stopped working on iOS 26.5
Earlier, app was sending notifications to iPhone. After 26.5 upgrade, app stopped sending notifications. Notifications are sent only when app is actively open.
False claims … These don’t work with Google Home and Alexa
Dear Wiser india - Your products don’t integrate and work with Google Home and Alexa. And worse you don’t maintain the availability of services. Customers are getting cheated in the name of this. Either you establish integration or stop advertising the false claims. I am one of the victims. Stay away.

Most useless app
Unable to disable notification, change to sleep or away mode. The sound is so irritating even though notifications are off still getting irritating alerts. Fix these bugs

VoIP calls not working
The iOS 26.4 update broke VoIP call notifications for the doorbell, and it still hasn’t been fixed. Customer support is virtually non-existent — calls go unanswered. It’s clear that once a sale is made, the company has little interest in supporting its customers. Buyer beware.
Horrible user experience
Terrible UX. This India app is horrible. No features for Alexa connection.

This app lags a lot and even after killing the app it doesn’t work at all and keeps timing out

Worst app in the world, settings don’t work, loud annoying ringer every time someone rings the bell, and cant switch it off

The app is extremely slow to load, and once it does load it is sluggish with response times.
It works most of the time, video and sound clarity is fine, the sensors are also fine.
If you need to see who’s at your door urgently and talk to them - it won’t happen. It can take several minutes and this should be fixed.
Occasionally (this has happened 2 times in last year) where it just failed to connect to WiFi and stopped working entirely without any notification. And as it is my only doorbell it was super inconvenient.
I was able to fix it myself by doing the usual reset of the physical device and uninstall and reinstall of the app.
Appreciate the response from the post sale support, they sent someone the next day. One star just for that.
The other main irritation is the alarm notification - when the doorbell rings it makes a call - and the setting used to work (I could disable this call) - after recent upgrade it no longer works. So I keep getting calls (sometimes delayed) after the doorbell is pressed.

Don’t buy their Doorbell & App response is really frustrating
Bought the shneider door bell by thinking it’s a credible brand. Paying more than double of its competitor doesn’t make it better. I’d say it has poorer performance than its competitors which are available at half of the price. App response is really bad. It hangs up, It has a video lag even your wifi is superfast. Whenever the door rings, the app notifies us just like a call but when you pick it up. It just doesn’t open. We have to restart the app 2 to 3 times atleast and in the meantime the guest disappears from the video doorbell. I would suggest to not but this at all. Mainly because of the bad app experience.

Worst Smart Doorbell
I had a terrible experience with the Schneider India Smart Door Bell App. The app was incredibly unresponsive and buggy, making it nearly impossible to use. Every time I tried to use the app to check who was at my door, it would take forever to load, and when it finally did load, it would freeze and crash. I had to restart the app multiple times, and even then, it wouldn't work properly.
The worst part was that the app's notifications were inconsistent, and I often didn't receive any alerts when someone was at my door. This defeated the purpose of having a smart doorbell in the first place. The video quality was also poor, making it difficult to see who was at the door even when the app was working.

Video is not loading when connected to mobile network
Whenever I am at home and connected to wifi this works just like a charm and when I am out and notification comes then I am not able to see any video. This straight aways says "DISCONNECTED". Earlier it used to work but not now. Please help to fix this.
Terrible user experience
Pathetic app, not at all user friendly, hard to believe it’s coming from big corporation like Schneider electric.
Fails to Open
95% of the time the there is lag in viewing the video and only solution is to kill and open the app (might not work even after that). Sometimes the person would have rung the bell and after 10-15mins you would get notification of the bell ringing.

The app requires lot of accessibility improvements for screen reader usage
The app is not user-friendly for the screen reader users like VoiceOver. The VoiceOver is unable to read most of the elements present in the app. Most of the controls and buttons in the app or unlabelled. I request you to kindly make the act accessible to the useable by the screen reader user.
