Waste of money
I was working w two different stylists for over a month and got nothing to show from it. The first stylist I had to fire because the blatantly admitted they didn’t read my preferences/look at my Pinterest. The next one was more professional but just was so off base I wanted it to be over so bad it was brutal

Styling is 10/10
I love this app, my sisters and I have used it multiple times over the years. I have been styled by Karla Welch, Law Roach, Elizabeth Stewart. What normal everyday person can say that?! Just a lovely treat when I have a trip or special event coming up or if I need to figure out how to restyle some of my current closet. App is a little buggy. Kinda don’t care. Nothing like it that I have found.

Expensive
I worked with a stylist who was really nice and talented but all of the clothes that she recommended were from Saks on Fifth or other American stores so with the Canadian exchange rate it turned out to be way too expensive of an experience. I tried to point her in the direction of Canadian stores that might work but that wasn’t followed through on. Plus buying clothes online is challenging even with measurements. I spent over $350 on a pair of jeans and don’t like the cut at all and can’t send them back.

Excellent service, buggy app
I have paid personal stylists in the past and had no problem dropping thousands of dollars to get styled. I cannot believe the price of this service because in my opinion it’s just as good or better than some of the stylus. I work with my only issue is that the app is pretty buggy sometimes I can’t go back and purchase from older mood boards. I have done dozens of sessions and sometimes I go back and buy stuff when I get a bonus or something. Also, the payment doesn’t work great and sometimes when you add to cart, it doesn’t work great. It doesn’t stop me from hiring because most of the time it works great. I love the variety of stylist. I have worked with two different ones and was pretty impressed. I was worried about them, not meeting me in person or knowing my body shape, but really didn’t have any issues. There were lots of European brands. I just didn’t understand the sizing so I had to order things a few times before I got it right but no big deal.

Super Glitchy
The app is super glitchy. Communicating with a stylist is a major effort with some messages getting through, and others getting stuck. Got some product ideas that were just blank images, got someone else’s board. Still waiting for something to happen.
Stay far away
Not at worth the price, not personalized service in the slightest. If you are a model with an unlimited budget and only like the wear the trendiest things this is great for you. Everyone else don’t waste your time or money

The best styling luxury app
I’ve tried a couple of styling apps but this one is the best -the stylists are professionals that give me what I need even if it’s last minute. I recommend especially if you are overwhelmed & have a lot of events to be dressed.
Tech doesn’t work- frustrating
App is very buggy. Freezed up during style survey(after I paid), doesn’t let you finish it. Have to try multiple times to upload items to closet or send messages to stylist in the chat. I thought something built by KWelch would be top notch but honestly this seems like a junky app so far.
