Previous version better
This new version of the app is terrible. Can’t even get it to open all the way. All I get is network is connected.
An excruciating experience
The idea behind this app and the clean user-friendly appeal is the only thing I could say positive about this app. Constant loading constantly stuck forcing you to restart the app countless times to ever get a change implemented. Every time you go to a new page or Try to make a change it’s a nightmare. Pathetic that paying customers are stuck with this trash thats barely functional and makes you want to pull your hair out. I would expect high stress levels and confusion if you do download this. I wouldn’t recommend even installing it .

Worst App Ever
Okay, so first of all, this company was a literal last resort for us as we moved into a new area and this is the only WiFi available. We get their “highest available” service at 400mbps. We have had the internet for 2 weeks now and it’s slow. We’re only averaging about 200mbps. That’s half the speed. On the other side, this app is HORRENDOUS. It never works when you need it to and only about 1/4 of the time will it even load. I’ve deleted it, re-installed it, restarted it, force closed it and even used it on another phone and it does the EXACT same thing. Idk what these developers are doing, but it’s definitely not taking into consideration the amount of frustration their users are having to go through. Updated the app a month ago for “bug fixes,” it needs an entire overhaul. And you should DEFINITELY be updating an INTERNET app way more than just once a month. This is ridiculous. 0 out of 10 do not recommend this app. It’s horrible.
