I loved this game and had it for a while with no problems but now, despite shutting it down and reloading it, it just no longer starts up I just get a blank screen..please fix it asap

This game is so addicting and really relaxing to play and once you get past the second level it’s really very interesting different from any other game I played. I hope you come out with more.
Fix crashing bugs!
I play this game daily. I realllly like that I can play without a timer.
Timer means stress.
I want to get hooked on the newest game. But why can’t you have a selection in Options to turn OFF the timer?
I couldn’t leave a review in the newest Witches Tail for some reason so I’m leaving my review here.
As to this original review, my only complaint is that the game crashes after about 5-7 days of playing. Then I have to start my progress all over again.
To get game to open up again, I have to delete the game and reinstall it again via the App Store. Please fix. This error should have been fixed years ago…is anyone listening out there?

8.00 Waste of money. Every time I close out the game I loose the game. Screen turns black. Very disappointed
Good game but
I was enjoying the game like the previous game from this people which never advance to 3rd level. But with this one it just stop and won’t let me make a purchase to continue to play just said purchase failed. No matter what I touch it won’t let me play anymore. So thank you for hooking me and then cutting me off.

FINALLY, a different kind of Big Fish!
I like big fish games, but it’s really getting tiresome playing the same type of game each time...detective gets letter from uncle or long lost professor, detective goes down to haunted house and of course crashes car. Even the mini games are getting on my nerves...sometimes the instructions are so badly described that I have no idea what they want. Witches Tale was fun because it’s different types of games. Not just find 3 matching colored blobs and race the clock PLEASE, Big Fish, I want more Witches Tales!! Tx
This game is CONSTANTLY freezing. I’ve lightened my storage, closed all apps, rebooted my iPad over and over again. I’ve deleted the game and downloaded it over and over again. But it STILL keeps crashing. I see the very first screen and then the screen turns black. Is there a way to fix this bug. I’ve played this game for more than a year with no problems. Issue started a few months ago. What’s going on?

I am a big hidden object adventure/Big Fish Game fan & yes this game is different then their other games but I personally think that’s a great thing because they are adding variety. If you look at games now they are all pretty much the same so it’s great when developers add variety or put a spin on their games. This game probably isn’t for everyone but everyone has different interests. I really am enjoying this game!

Ripped Off
Game was fun enough to purchase which I rarely do. Game would not load for 2 days so I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it won’t see that I purchased it. Can’t even submit a support ticket.

How Many Levels in ‘full games
If someone can let me know how many levels in full game I would appreciate feedback please. For me slightly addictive time “waster”. I get to level 89 then “finito”.
No other bad problems experienced. Use Apple Pencil here for steering away from ‘them thar’ cat’s (breathe on them etc., and they are selected! Hmmmm).
[At least no problems like with ‘ELEPHANT’ Big Fish games. Which just don’t work! Steer clear of them, they worked fine way back when… they (BF) don’t seem to update their games like what they used to do). Daylight robbery. I know as I had them all. They used to say (“play for a lifetime”) pray BF I do beg to ask : “whose lifetime???”
Although BF games say “NEW RELEASE” currently TO 99.9% OF IPAD GAMES - THEY AREN’T! At least I don’t class released in 2018 and prior to 2018 etc. as “NEW”.

Keeps crashing
I love this game but it keeps randomly crashing. I have to delete and reload and hope that it doesn’t happen again. Never had a game that does this. Can this be fixed?

I liked the game and I paid for it. I have had to delete and reinstall and it works again for a few levels..... Then it won't open again. Please fix it or I'd like my money back.
Fun but I have to keep reinstalling
I have to constantly reinstall this game. Wherever I leave off playing and then open it again it’s black screen and the game is locked. I have to delete it from my iPad, turn the iPad off and back on and reinstall this app only. I don’t have to do that with any other app I have on my iPad. It’s ridiculous.
