Frustrating
I bought this specifically to integrate with Apple Health.
The IOS app is incredibly clunky and frustrating. The online help is dated and does not always match the app layout.
I spent over an hour trying to get the thermo device to work with the app and never got it to feed data to Apple Health.
The online help to perform a factory reset did not match the format of the app.
I think the app has not been updated to work with IOS16.

Impossible to sign in or sing up
Why would they move it out of the main Withings app to start with
Don’t bother
Save yourself the headache and don’t bother with the app, it was a pain to set up two years ago and isn’t working at all now, the thermometer works fine without it.
All your loosing is the ability to track temps on the phone, ITS NOT WORTH IT just use a pen and paper or the notes app.

Defunct, install Withings.
I am unsure why Withings has not removed this app entirely, it hasn't updated in four years, and cannot be signed into anymore.
They moved the thermo function into the Withings App, I didn't know that actually happened until tonight.

No communication between device and app
You would think that the app would capture all the measurements I’ve made the last two days, but there is only one measurement. Plus, the app does not handshake with the main Withings app. The whole point of Withings is to keep a digital record.
Issue After Changing the Batteries
Super frustrated with the app. I’ve had the Thermo for 4 years and have only just had to change the batteries. With fresh batteries, I’m having to go through the setup process again, which requires the app sign-in. I download the app and I’m unable to reset my password - keep getting an error message that the app is unable to reset my password at this time. This was a very pricey thermometer when I bought it and am disappointed with the quality of the technology.

Why is this still in the store?
Withings stopped updating this app 4 years ago and discontinued support for the app 2 years ago. Did they lose the password to the Apple Developer account? Why else is this still available in the App Store?

Doesn’t work
This app is terrible, it never works, app times out and closes out and after taking a temp it doesn’t come up on my phone.
Don’t work with iPhone 16
The thermometer isn’t compatible with new Bluetooth. I had to use an old iPad to get it setup. A terrible design that you have to connect to the app before taking a temperature, it will become a brick once I don’t have an old enough device for it to connect to.

The purpose of the app is to assign temperature to family members. However, the app does not allow you to add family members that is broken with a glitch

Still having issues. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and now I can’t sign in. I keep getting a message saying there is a JSON error. So frustrating.

However, as of a month or so ago the app has stopped bringing in the temperature readings and I can no longer find the unassigned readings / assign them to a family member. I still get the notifications through my phone and Apple Watch, but they’re not being added to the timelines. I’ve looked in all the settings and can’t find anything. Now that I’ve come here to review I’m even more confused since it seems there hasn’t been an update to the app for several years. Why did this app just stop working if nothing has changed.

Can’t create account - doesn’t say why
Does not allow me to create an account. Does not say why. It says something went wrong. An error occurred (534).

Why does the Company require login to take a temperature?
The device control interface may be the very worst I’ve ever seen. The app is as buggy to the point of often unusable. Not ideal when you have a person sick and need something as sim)le and reliable as you know, a thermometer?

Can no longer sign in
Was prompted to sign in under last upgrade. Says wrong password. When selecting reset password it gives an error code.
