Not working
I received this as a gift and I can’t seem to get it connected through the app. Id like to know if it’s just mine or they don’t work at all?
NEVER CONNECTS TO BLUETOOTH!
Takes about 10 times to connect and only after I get up from one end of house to baby room and unplug cord from monitor and reconnect. Did that daily as I tucked in my child because I already knew it would need to be done to work. That was over a yr ago. NOW it says make sure in range! If it’s able to work from another state WHY DONT IT CONNECT in the SAME HOUSE. Please fix! Better yet Please send m a New Model that works for Real!
Loved how it worked 5 hrs ago perfect NO Problems at all and now that my child wants me to just Say goodnight I Love You from My bed that I’m watching over her it won’t Connect at all ever. Loved it once maybe I need new one sent to me. Thanks again

Crashes constantly on iPhone X max
Total rubbish won’t work at all on my iPhone X and very slow and unreliable on my iPhone 7.
Could be such a great product but too unreliable.

After 13 emails back and forth with customer service it finally works via data and wifi/Bluetooth.
Not compatible with iOS 12.1. Last update was a year ago. Can only view while on wifi. Does not work with cellular data since iOS 12.1 update. Please fix!

Very unreliable. Constantly disconnects throughout the night. Fuzzy picture. I do not recommend.
Stoped working
After last update camera doesn’t connect to wifi! In the beginning all was good but as time passed it turned crazy on us! Not cool for customers and we will not buy more products as this problem continued...

I also have a Home Withings, but it cant be mounted so it means the world to me that you upgraded the software.
This will make the difference between me buying your products in the future or not.

Not compatible with iOS 11
The app is just ok. Nothing fancy, nothing great, nothing terrible... But the worst is that since I upgraded to iOS 11, I can’t use it anymore... looks like withings guys are not investing in the app anymore, and for the price of their devices, I think this is a shame.
Updated, but...
So well done to Nokia for reluctantly updating the app after iOS 11 stopped supporting it. It’s not like I’m not grateful, but none of the bugs have been addressed, just simply 64bit support to make it work on iOS 11. This is a great piece of hardware, it would be really nice to have some great software to go with it.

Buggy app but supports iOS 11
Despite this being a bug riddled. Such as alerts for no reason and disconnecting from the baby camera for no reason at all.
Withings or Nokia decided to keep the app running by upgrading to run 64bit on iOS 11 dispute the app no being updated for 3 years plus.
So I don’t have to throw away the expensive with baby camera and replace it.
Of course I like to see the the bugs in he app squashed but the fact it still runs is good enough for me.

A tous les acheteurs de produits withing/Nokia ne comptez pas sur une utilisation longue durée cette compagnie vous vend un produit et ensuite s’en fout de vous.
300$ pour un babyphone qui marche qu’à moitié après un an et qui ne fonctionnait plus après 2 ans c’est inacceptable.

Need update to IOS11 for the app to work
iOS 11 support please
I’ve long since made my peace with the bad quality and design of this app. It’s amateur hour for sure—although the hardware is great. But please rebuild and resubmit your app for 64 bit support so it works on iOS 11. You’ve had months to do this and it’s not rocket science.
IOS update is killing the app
And withings couldn't care less. Update the app!!! I've spent plenty of money on this baby monitor. It still works.
