I don’t believe it gives accurate accounts of my steps. I’m up throughout the night sometimes just going to the restroom getting back in bed going to sleep. So after finally wake up and I checked to see my status, it has zero steps.

This is a good and helpful watch. I can listen to my favorite songs and keep track of my vital information.
Deleted steps
I bought this watch 3 weeks ago. It worked ok the first week. I forgot to make sure my app was open and synced to count steps the first week. So every night after the first week mistake i make sure i sync the data everyday at the end of the day. Now my steps are being deleted from previous days even after i synced it eveynight! The watch also doesnt register to count your steps if your arm is even a little sweaty or it just stops working on a whim. I turn it on and off to get it to work again and sometimes that doesnt even work. The app and the watch are terrible! Do not buy the watch! Waste of money.

Horrible
I’ve been wearing my watch every single day and checking my steps and all of a sudden, my steps disappeared. My exercise disappeared as if I haven’t been working out or walking the entire day. This is ridiculous. I don’t recommend this watch. It’s horrible and it keeps resetting giving me a different time and a different day. So many different bugs needs to be updated. I can’t stand this watch.

Phone keeps rebooting
This is about the 4th time I have had to reset my phone! It is so frustrating! A tool that is supposed to simplify my health journey is now contributing to my stress! It did a reboot where it added some useless features no warning! Now I lost all my progress. Can we have the option of when we want to update and can you please back up our data before you do

Love it but….
At first you pick a background like a custom one it says cancel have done and then you clicked done, but the council done stays there cancel and then stays there and also And there’s this text app it says there’s like two text bubbles and I’m assuming that’s supposed to be texting but when I click on it it’s just notifications but otherwise it’s love and it’s a really good app it alerts to me Went to drink water and went to get up and walk around and I love that so yeah

Needs improvement
Some watch faces don’t function correctly in watch. Needs option in watch to increase volume level. Fix these issues and rating goes up.
Worthless watch
My daughter got one of the watches for Christmas. It’s stopped working within a week and it is pointless to try and get a hold of someone to try and get help with it. I have tried and tried . It’s just broken. Now she has a gift she cannot use.
Does not work
Just got this, charged it, and got it connected to my phone. It doesn’t do anything except tell me the time. It won’t tract my steps (in app or on the watch), heart rate, or anything like that. It will play my music though, which is cool. Nothing else seems to work though. Most likely going to return and try a different brand.

Watch face (zetta)
You can’t delete (even following FAQs on google) unwanted watch faces, not allowing you to pick only one without it randomly changing while you work or other activities.
Where did watch faces go?
I love this watch it’s amazing and I know it says it’s not waterproof, but I’ve taken it in the ocean. I take showers with it every day. I’ve never had a problem with this watch. My only problem I’m having, is the watch face menu has disappeared and I’m stuck with like 4 or 5 watch faces that are original to the watch. I can’t download faces anymore. It seems to no longer be on the app. What happened to that? Edit* I had to delete the app, download again, re-pair watch and then the watch face edit menu returned to the app. Wish I tried that months ago. Watch is awesome. Edit* App constantly crashes while looking at watch faces to download. From 5 to 4.

Okay first I’ll start by saying the watch OS beautifully built the quality is definitely there. All the functions work exactly as they should and the only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because of the camera function. You can take pictures with the watch on your phone but you can’t start and stop video. If this feature was added I would definitely give it a 5 star review.

Great watch the best I have owned by far keeps track of events and weather easily.
It’s got a lot of quirks
The app is functional, mostly. The watch is another story. I’ve bought watches like these for under 50 bucks and they always have these random quirks you just have to accept. The most common one is the pedometer. It counts while you’re driving or (rarely) even sitting so that’s annoying. This model seems to randomly have the watch face constantly swap between the 4 faces and it gets annoying. I don’t use this watch for calls, texts, or anything like that. If you do,however, be warned that it routes all your audio through Bluetooth to the speakers and you have to manually change it. Heart rate monitor isn’t consistent and won’t stay on for some reason. If you can accept all that (and it’s possible your watch may not even have these problems) it’s just ok for a fitness watch. If you’re reading this, I recommend spending the money on something high end and is guaranteed to work. These things are gambles ultimately and depend solely on your tolerance for quirks

Charging issues
Anyone else having issues getting the watch to connect to the charger so I can have a fully charged watch to use. I’ve had nothing but issues with this watch and I got it to help monitor my heart
Issues to fix
Once you pick the face, it changes on you after you save the one you want Also unable to add favorite contacts it automatically disconnects from my phone. I’ve had to reconnect a couple also it’ll play videos and things off of Instagram when I only want to hear my phone or at least have the option to play it through my watch

Poor device
Do not recommend, needs to be fixed, everytime the watch is away from the phone, watch time and everything resets and does not display actual time.

Great but…
It doesn’t account for night owls. I work at night and sleep during the day and it doesn’t track or allow you to track your sleep during the day.
