Won’t Connect
I was really hoping that this device would work but unfortunately it would not pair with mine or my husband’s phone. I’ll be returning it.
Works perfectly
I’m shocked by all the negative reviews, although most are years old. I use this product and app daily and it works exactly as expected. It connects easily and consistently controls the device. Occasionally I need to quit the app and reopen for it to connect, but this takes less than 10 seconds.
Go back to remote
The app works off and on and finally quit… the company needs to just go back to a handheld remote… it easier and ya don’t have to worry about phone going low on battery …know it will cost the company more but will worth it when it actually works

I really like the product, but the app is such a let down. It looks and acts like it was a homework assignment from high school. You guys have got to do more with this. If not, why did you spend the money to be on the iPhone in the first place?
Stopped pairing
As I’ve read others on here. Worked great for about a month. Then just stopped pairing. Won’t pair anymore. Do not buy this. Ridiculous
