Unattainable game requirements in all ways
I have been playing over 10 years and it used to be fun when game challenges were attainable. With each software update, chances of completing daily challenges or any other challenges for that matter, are almost impossible. On July 17th, I contacted support about not getting a single “FC red or purple” Lucky Card in High Roller World after more than 7,000 spins at the minimum bet of 500,000,000 points per spin. I was given the whole random card generation canned “spiel” and 4 spins later, lo and behold, I get a FC card. 10,000 or more, additional spins in High Roller World has yet to yield another single FC card.
To try to complete a daily challenge, most of the time, I am required to spin 1,000 times in High Roller World at 500,000,000 points per spin plus get 18 big wins and a bonus game 5 times. Whenever you get a huge win, the software kicks in and you can spin up to 40 times without getting your initial bet back and your points go on a downward spiral. Whenever you do manage to get free spins, 95% of the time you may get 4 times your initial bet if luck is with you. Occasionally, you do win but that win is not equivalent to the points you used in getting it. When you manage to get a 4 or 5 star Lucky Card for completing a challenge outside of High Roller World, it is always the same card. Since the last 2 software updates, you will never complete a Lucky Card Set that include a FC Lucky Card or multiple 5 star cards. Yet, those are the card sets that will pay the most. Tech Support gets back to you when you bring these things to their attention but can’t wait to tell you to bet higher or the cards are random. There is nothing random about any of these games.
