App doesn’t give you an option to create account. Unable to log into WiFi. Total waste of money.
Horrible App
I bought the Wyze Smart scale what’s required me to download the app onto my phone. I downloaded the app, but I’m unable to get into it, stating poor Internet connection.. I have plenty of apps working in this house and the devices work fine with the exception of Wyze app. Customer support has been piss poor. Very disappointed.

Not functional
There was no provision for creating an account and yet demands a “login”. How can a brand new user login when there is no provision for first creating an account??

Horrible connectivity issues
I was excited to when I received the scale but logging into there Wyze app is impossible. For reference, I am able to access the internet and all my other apps are running perfectly fine.

Connection issue signing in at all
I have the latest 5G T-Mobile tower. When I install the app, initially upon opening, there was no option to create an account, and I don’t have one. But trying to login at all gave me a connection failure told me to check my connection.
I rebooted my modem. I rebooted my phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times. I went into my iPhone settings and offloaded the app and then reinstalled it. Nothing will allow me to connect to my phone to even set up this camera. I have not found a single of the 20+ searches. I’ve done with any results. It actually resolve the issue. Not happy at the moment.

Wyze is absolutely fabulous‼️
Every time I have dealt with Wyze I have not had any issues at all, anytime! I have had my Wyze account up also Wyze.com on my phone countless, times & their app has never caused me any complications whatsoever!
