News is blocked by ads that you can’t get beyond, deleted app probably won’t watch on tv either anymore. Very disappointed

Better before update
Definitely better before the update. The App on our Phones keeps saying there 1 notification and doesn’t clear after opening the App up?!

I use it, but I don’t like it.
Ads when you open the App
I am tired of opening this App and immediately getting loud ads. I understand the need for advertising. But to do it when you first open the app takes it to a new level of frustration. They open with loud volume. I love WJHG and their news. If it doesn’t change soon I am going to just delete the app.

Constant grammar issues and mis information
Today I read a headline saying a woman was sentenced to death for a bike week vehicle accident. But then when you read the story the woman got 10 years in prison. Who ever proofreads there work isn’t doing a great job. Or they don’t have anyone checking there work before they put it on the app or site. I mean come on your News channel 7. I would expect better from y’all.

If they turn off the tracking feature then it might be worth using!

The app is not great. Often receive a black screen when trying to stream from the app and even when it does work, it crashes. Terrible app.

Your news coverage is horrible, Josie on the go reports news way before you do. Perhaps you should hire her! But then again, who would relay news to us if she were on your payroll?

No more weather or radar
Lost the local weather & important radar. Now have to add their Weather App. No - go back to previous system. I don’t want to add another app.
