Some new features but biometric login buggy
The updated version of the app has many welcome changes like multiple payments, a downloadable void cheque, etc. however the app continuously disables my Face ID biometric log in

Annoying User Experience
Splash screen hangs indefinitely. Incredibly frustrating to stare at an unresponsive screen for time immemorial. Summarized - App Bad.
Not easy to navigate
Crashes regularly and slow to load. Unnecessary graphics that clutter the app. Other banking apps I use are clean and simple.

The new app is not functional in this remote location. When I’m in the city it opens quickly and I can log in with no issues. Fix this please.
Going backwards
There seems to be many issues with this app now if you are using a iPad. Can’t send etransfers, just loads and loads, can’t use the contact us option, just loads and loads, no quick view of accounts. Barometric sensor doesn’t seem to be a option anymore for passwords on a iPad. Poor lay out and app design.

With having accounts in your branch there should be no charges for e transfers.
Works well
App works fairly well for online banking. Was difficult to get connected to my account but now that it’s connected it’s working well.
Keeps crashing.
Constantly crashes lately. Can't view account details or login on some days. Super unreliable lately and no support when you try to call in because of limited hours.

Generally pretty happy with this app, but it would be nice if when you deposited a cheque with it that there was a memo field so deposits could be tracked.
Needs a balance after every transaction.
A great app!!! Only it's missing the final balance at the end of each transaction.
