Went from good to UNUSED!
This was a great app, like almost all weather apps I’ve used in all the communities I’ve lived in. Then they started the ads…. From first on my weather watch to last!!

The pop up ads as soon as you open the app are ridiculous!!!! The ads have fake Xs on them so you literally have to close the app and reopen it because there’s no way to get the ad to go away. This app used to be my favorite and my go-to, but since the ads have overtaken the app entirely, it’s become a joke.

No Longer A Great App
Pop Up Ads ruining an otherwise great app. This app used to be “my go to” app for many years, even when living out of state. It had the most accurate radar, alert system and forecasting. Recently, aggressive pop up ads have overtaken the app.
Bring back Chad!
App works just fine but sadly lacking without Chad.
Always Blocked by Ads
Was an excellent app, my go-to for local weather and even used it when I traveled the states. Now every time I open it, the entire screen is blocked by ads. Nothing worse than needing to check the weather or track a storm and having to wait for a terrible ad to time out. They’ve even starting hiding the ‘close’ button.

Best Radar
Thankful for this app. Best radar available. Forecast is just the way I like it. It has hourly, daily forecasts as well as radar that you can modify how you like. TWC app updated to only show future radar predictions so I deleted it and couldn’t find a decent radar app until now! Thanks WLFI.
School delays & closings
I looked on both apps & neither showed anything about school delays or closings. However if you check the internet WLFI shows them. What’s up with that?

Video Ads are a killer
Love the layered radar, alerts, and projected paths of weather systems, but I have a HUGE problem with the video ads that pop up randomly, even when I'm not on wifi. I most often need to check the weather when I am away from home or any other wifi, and I don't need your ads eating up all my data. Sorry, but I have to delete this app to save my phone bill.

Not an Improvement
Really? A separate app for weather? The old all-in-one app worked better. The weather aspect was good and gave me what I wanted: closures and a good radar screen. This one is inferior and I have to use 2 apps to look at local news and weather from the same source. Fire your app media team, as they are out of touch with reality.

Update to WLFI weather.
I do not like the new weather app! It is too cluttered. Your radar was the best. Now the area is too small, inaccurate and no longer has the detail it previously had. Change is not always for the better.
