Inaccessible for a week
I love this app and am paying for a subscription, but for more than a week it has been inaccessible, giving a server error. Contacting support led to me receiving an email that said nothing except keep waiting and maybe it will get fixed, so going public here. Next step will be to request a refund because I’m unable to access a service that is $9/month.

App doesn’t open since today
The app is great and worked well until this morning, now I can’t open it anymore.
I’ve tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and installing the app, downloading it on the iPad but nothing seems to work. Might this be due to a new update?
