FAQ

What does wLog Online do?

wLog Online is a parental control assistant designed to help you check the online activities of your family members. It provides statistics and notifications about their verified phone usage, allowing you to stay informed about their digital footprint.

How does wLog Online ensure security and privacy?

The app provides statistics only for verified phone numbers. A one-time password is sent to the phone number you wish to monitor, and that number's owner must grant permission for analysis. This ensures that only authorized access is granted.

What are the subscription options and pricing?

wLog Online offers several subscription plans: a weekly subscription for $3.99, a monthly subscription for $11.49, and a 3-month subscription for $35.99. Payments are charged to your iTunes account and renew automatically unless canceled.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your iTunes account settings. It's important to cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next term. The cancellation will take effect the day after your last paid period.

Is this app associated with any other messaging or social media platforms?

No, this app is not associated with or affiliated with any other app. You will not receive any access permission to other platforms through wLog Online. It functions solely as a parental control assistant for monitoring verified phone activities.
