After watching 4 ads to see a video about local news, the video does not match the story. More clickbait than news. Was better in the past.
Stop forcing updates
Prefer the old style. App also shows one unread article constantly, even if all articles are viewed. Old app worked much better.
New App
Not good. Your corporates choice of this app is not as welcoming as your past.
New updated app not as good
The new app is not as easy to use. There no easily available way to forward or share an article from the app. Ads play automatically which is annoying of you are trying to quietly read.
Deleting this app

Not worth it there’s better
If you love getting news for your non local area and weather prediction that are just guesses then this is the station for you. Not to mention you can’t view the weather truly from this application, the make you download another. Oh and if you think you will be able to view the “breaking news” quickly you will not, you’ll be bombarded by advertisements before you can even view anything (and in an county were signal can be weak and spotty , waiting for the add to load and close, then for the actual news to load up takes way to long) in a crisis this is not the app to get news from. Not to mention the lack of care this station has to even continue there contracts with the service provider, then blame the service provider. Worst station I have ever come across.

I appreciate your news coverage of Myrtle Beach and Horry County very much. Your content though needs better editing as I frequently read the assembly of poor English writing. Words misspelled and badly constructed sentences and paragraphs are not uncommon. It negatively influences my interpretation of what I’m reading. Thank you and please continue.

I never get the videos of the news, always advertisement.
Needs reworked
Constantly crashing as an app. You will get a news update but you will never find where it came from in the app. You can click the notification and then it will be gone forever, you’ll go to the app to try to find the article but you’ll never find it as it seems to get updated less than their Facebook page. Honestly as a news station they could do better, stop caring about the views or your aesthetic as a news channel and actually report on the news. 9/10 times the weather is also false, oh and you need an whole other app to view the weather.

When I receive a notification I can’t tell what it’s for. Why can’t the red dot that appears on the app to notify me appear on the home page to show me what is being updated? Yes I am old and hate scrolling thru trying to determine what’s updated. Thanks for listening
