Getting out of this bank as soon as possible, the app is a disaster needing to consistently reset my password (need to call in for them to email me to reset it) also having little to no permissions on transfers funds out of my account. 0/10 would never recommend to anyone, I have more problems than anything running smooth since I’ve been with this bank

Inconsistent reliable service
Not dependable ! 1 day the app lets u sign in and or use instant balance ? This is not my idea of consistent service! For next 2 days the app asked me to create I’d , password? Really been using it for 3 years ! This is a recurrent issue ! Why! Government checks deposited take 40+ hours to show up ! What’s the point ! App is old and no fixes in site!
