No story
I often get pop ups about news - but when I click on the pop up for more information, all I get is one commercial after another or it takes me to a completely different story. I have yet to get the actual story that the pop up was about!
Made the switch
Had a app to another station that was supposedly accurate however, I noted much shortcomings and their live radar delays and discrepancies in accuracy, when you are dealing with severe weather you want to make sure you have the most up-to-date information and accuracy and an app that is easy to follow. Highly recommend channel 16 mobile app.

Over-alerting
I set my preferences to only alert for severe weather yet I get constant notifications all day for non-emergent things. I appreciate the alerts when it is truly urgent, but I am getting way more than that.

Thanks so much for the great job you do in reporting the weather and conditions of the Michiana area. It helps when we have to travel and how to dress for the day! We’ve been watching since Dick Addis and then Gary Seiber. So many names from the last 50+ years! Andrew and Melissa are favs currently!
