Ap opens news with extremely loud advertising. Totally distracts from news I am trying to read. Unable to find mute or skip ad

Too many ads and the video start playing automatically which is so annoying! Fire the company that designed this.
Latest update is useless
The latest update is awful. It doesn’t open the story I click on is now flooded with ads. It’s bad enough the reporting all along has been mediocre are best. Deleting the app.
New App
Prefer the old app, have a 1 on the app showing something and can’t get rid of it? Don’t like the new format.

The terms of use are worse. I pulled this from the TOU:
“19. Termination: GLM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your membership or account, and/or disable your access to all or part of our Services, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Sections 3, 8 - 20 of this TOU will survive termination, whether you voluntarily close your account or cancel your membership or whether we terminate your membership, account and/or disable access to our Services for any reason.” The first 18 sections are just as bad.
This is worse than the annoying pop up ads!

Very backwards app
This is the worst of all my news apps! The print is VERY small and there is no way to increase text size in the app. Also if you could make the app visible in landscape it would improve visibility, but awe no you can not do that either 🤮. Please join the 2020’s and fix this!

This is one of my favorite weather apps. The ads don’t seem too big on my phone anyway.

Sick of ads
This app has deteriorated tremendously. Ads, ads, ads. Click on the news, you can’t get to it without going through a plethora of ads. Close the ads, you will never get to focus in the article you want to read as the ad you just closed now has an audio file playing. Disgusting. Select another article to read. Ditto, more ads or a non-related video is inserted above the article you want to read. Attempt to scroll down below the unrelated video to read, bam! The video is playing an audio file you can’t close about black history month. All I wanted to do was read the article about the 400 birds the DNR think died of bird flu. Delete sounds pretty good. I’ll find another news app which isn’t so loaded with ads.

Best news source, most irritating app!!
WNEM is one of the best news sources locally but the app is the worst app for all the local news outlets. When pop up and loud ads interrupt my news feed I just shut it down and go to another local news app.

The ads always freeze unusable
Ever since you’ve put in a lot of ads in the app me and a friend been having a lot of freezing trying to click out of Them just did another update if not better I am deleting

Weather app is very hard to follow, hard to find radar, and follow along with forecast each day! The old app was a lot better with the weather! now you have to enter a nickname! That’s just ridiculous!
