Needs casting feature
I like that there isn’t a lot of stuff in this app, but I would like the ability to use chrome cast or airplay with it
Limited functionality and too many commercials
Check out WFPK app for how to improve this one. Similar kind of station, which has all the options that the website has like recently played list. Also, aside from this app, WNRN in general has more advertisements than commercial radio. I haven’t heard more than 3 or 4 songs in a row before they have a 5-minute string of commercials, hence, I listen to WFPK more frequently.

Just what I was looking for!
WNRN anywhere in a simple, reliable app is a dream come true. Great programming and production that completely outshines commercial radio. I’m getting rid of Pandora, Spotify and several other streaming music apps, this one’s a keeper and it’s now my “go to” on my regular six hour drives
Simple and Works!
Works perfectly and super simple. I see where previous versions had issues but this has worked flawlessly. Please don’t add any “features”! The simple design of the current user interface is so refreshing and stress free.

Web site recommends using Tune In app instead.
Won't play
Can't get the stream to work. Save yourself a headache and download WXPN instead.
It's ok
I love the station but every time I touch my phone it stops the music for the exact same commercial. Other than that I have no real complaints.
Worthless
I enjoy other radio apps like WWOZ and KEXP with no issues. This one just spins indefinitely with no sound, which is a shame because the station is great.
No playlist?
Only displays current song? Am I missing something here?

The app consistently shuts down or just stops playing the stream. It used to work but I've recently have had issues. Is anyone updating this app?
Love WNRN, but the app crashes
I was really excited to find a WNRN app, but unfortunately the app crashes/stops streaming every few minutes. Would definitely use it a lot more if it ran smoothly.

sometimes the song info gets stuck but that's really no big deal, as long as it plays WNRN it's perfect! :)

The app crashes regularly on my iPhone 5. Seriously needs to be fixed!!!

I love this station but this app is terrible. I can barely make it through an entire song before it crashes, and I can forget about trying to use the internet at the same time.

This app worked great on my iPhone 4S with the previous version of the app when I "strews in background". I have a 5 now and the newer version doesn't have that option and the app crashes all the time. The station gets five stars, the new app with seemingly poor iPhone 5 support gets 1 star.

Higher quality audio please!!!
The app is great. A really nice upgrade for iPhone 5/iOS 6 and the background player is awesome. I just wish the stream was a higher quality…
