Wasn’t sure on the new update spoke to one of the team - Go to settings scroll to the bottom and switch it on and then you just have the wishlist functionality. Please give that a try and let us know how you get on and it’s just she same as basket with an update

Randomly wiped my account?

I signed up and imported by basket saves about a month ago, I’ve been using WNTD ever since. Today it completely wiped my account. Randomly signed me out and would not let me sign back in. Even clicking forgot password didn’t work. Eventually had to do the signup process again and all my saves from the past month are completely gone. I just can’t continue to use this app anymore because I don’t even understand wth just happened. Unfortunately it’s back to bookmarking for me

Hi diab04. I'm sorry, this sounds awful, especially after importing your Basket saves and using WNTD for a month. Saves shouldn't just disappear, and we want to look into what happened. Please email support@wntd.ai with the email you used for WNTD, your device model, and roughly when this happened. We'll check the sign-in, the import, and your saves from the past month, and do what we can to get them back. Mia

Not as good as Basket

I don’t think they should’ve shut down Bsket until this app was at least at the same level, but it doesn’t have the extensions, and I’m finding a lot more items even from big places like Amazon don’t have a picture or price, it’s close though.

Crashes and inadequate in comparison to Baskets, not worth the download.

Disappointing. Baskets was a lot better. Shame that it’s been discontinued and converted that is lesser than. Crashes 99% of the time when trying to move items into a collection. Items sometimes don’t even move out of the wishlist once organised making the whole system a mess.

Basket was better

I honestly wish they did not change from the basket app, the WNTD app is a lot more cluttered and harder to organise and save things to collections. it also has ai features which isn’t good and has more focus on the wardrobe side of things rather than being a place to store my wishlists and products.

i use to use the basket app every day and loved how easy it was to save items to each individual basket, as-well as the options to make the baskets private, gifts baskets etc. i no longer really find myself using the WNTD app as it is not as good for my needs

We’re cleaning up organising, making collections easier to save into, cutting noise, and bringing back more of the lists and gift lists people relied on in Basket. We’re also pulling back on features that feel disconnected from shopping. If you email support@wntd.ai with the Basket features you miss most, especially private baskets and gift baskets and how you used them, that helps us prioritise. Mia

Awesome app, the stylist feature is my fav - love trying different hair styles before committing!

Not comparable to basket

I had used basket for almost 2 years and it was my favourite app as it was so useful and I would recommend it to everyone. However now I have lost access to basket and have been forced to download WNTD. While wanted still does have similar features to basket it is more directed at clothes shopping , this has meant that three of my old wish-lists that were for my dormitory and new house have not transferred and I now have lost the links to all of the items I had saved. This has been rather frustrating as I feel the new features of WNTD have not made up for the lost features of basket. I am mainly annoyed at the loss of these wish-lists do as they were not clothes items (furniture, decor, stationery etc) ,however, if you are using WNTD just for clothes shopping then I would still recommend this app to you.

In respect of the old wish lists, everything that's outside of fashion will have been carried over. Have you checked in your collections? If it's still not there, you can try re-importing. Difficulty navigating

Basket was great, this is so much harder to navigate. The try on feature is useful but the saved items and collections all just appears as one and is more difficult to move

Basket was so much better

The old app was so much more efficient, the new one is so overwhelming and not very practical. It’s also annoying that I can’t access the old app

Ruined!!

I LOVED basket and used to recommend it left right and centre but this is nothing like it!!
It’s over cluttered (even with simple mode on!); pictures don’t load through; you can no longer create and share a gift basket only share to collab on adding to a list; the browser extension is useless and chooses when it wants to work or even show up!; you can’t add notes to saved items; organising saved items is just clunky and you end up with duplicates or can’t move or delete things in multiples even though multiple things are selected…the list goes on!!
I get wanting to move with the times and introduce AI but it didn’t need to mean a complete overhaul of everything everyone loved about Basket from the layout to the features and ruin the various uses people had for it.

Old basket app is way better.

It’s pretty good for the basics , being able to have all the things you want in one place. However , compared to the previous basket app organisation has become more difficult. Not being able to select multiple items, or move items from collection to collection without an option for it to be duplicated or not is really inconvenient. It’s so annoying especially when the old app seems way better. The AI feature update just seems so unnecessary, and not being able to access the old app at all seems unfair to users who prefer it. Why can’t users have an option to use the new app or the old app?

Former basket user

The app by itself seems fine but when I tried to set it up on my pc as well I noticed you can’t because WNTD isn’t available on pc. Basket still is, but since i no longer have access to that on my phone there’s no point in using it. Just wondering about if there’s plans for an app or extension on pc as well just because I can’t see myself using this if not.

Downgrade

The app “Basket” was much better before they changed the app to this… This app is confusing and has too many tabs. I miss the simplicity and efficiency of “Basket”.

Nobody asked for this

The features I downloaded Basket for are gone and there’s no option to use basket as it was before. Just more Ai slop being forced down consumers throats.

The stylist I never knew I needed

This app greatly improved my consumer experience online and enabled me to try on different fashion styles virtually without the hassle of having to go in store or bio online and try at home and return it and all the hassle that involves it was a really seamless experience.

Like a personal stylist

Absolutely love it, couldn’t live without it now. I get so many compliments on my style, and it’s all thanks to this app 🙌🏻

Basket was so much better

I have toggled the simple mode option for this app but it still feels cluttered I feel as if I can’t think properly when using it basket was so much less chaotic and images of items didn’t become blurred and cut out when saving them onto the app. I am very annoyed as I recommended basket multiple times for people and now I have been forced off of it completely. Should still be allowed to use the previous app without being forced to use this horrible layout. I am disappointed thoroughly and would like to save items without this app. I have read through multiple negative reviews and not seeing much feedback from app creator instead just the same reply copy and pasted.

Incredible upgrade

Wow, this world never ceases to both amaze and inspire me. The utilisation of AI for outfit picking in this app is phenomenal. I was stuck on choosing a bridesmaids dress and at risk of ordering £500+ worth of material just to try on, took me about 2 minutes to upload items and was virtually assisted in choosing the absolutely perfect style for my figure. Money saved, time not wasted. Get it!

So good for saving me time and money!

I am endlessly buying clothes online and then returning them because they don’t suit me, and I spend hours searching for similar styles but the try on feature is sooo good I only buy what I can see looks good on me. And being able to search across different websites is so helpful!
