What's New in Woah

5.0

November 6, 2026

A COACH THAT PLANS THE WHOLE WAY Set a goal with a date, a marathon next autumn or a faster 10 km, and your coach builds the road there: phases from base to race day, how much each week should hold, and a milestone for each phase. It starts from what you actually train today, and adjusts when you say it isn't working. • Today's session as a card in the morning message: how long, how hard, warm-up, main part, cool-down. • Speak instead of typing: tap the microphone in the coach. • Upload a screenshot or a lab report and the coach reads it, and remembers it for later. • Save a goal and the plan is there right away, summed up in the chat.

The competition needs to pay attention!

I’ve tried them all. Bevel, Athlytic, Sonar, and Livity. Until recently, Livity was my favorite. Then I stumbled upon Woah, and all I can say is WOW.

What an incredibly comprehensive, thoughtfully designed app. The depth of information, the presentation, and the attention to detail are outstanding. This is the kind of app that should make every competitor sit up and take notice.

But here’s what really won me over.

I emailed the developer with a suggestion about displaying time and measurements in the US formats I use. He responded personally, thanked me for the feedback, and said he’d address it in an upcoming update.

The very next day, the update was live!

Seriously, when was the last time you experienced customer service like that?

A terrific app backed by a developer who genuinely listens to his users. That’s a combination that’s increasingly hard to find.

I’ve tried the competition. I’ve found my favorite.
Woah is a keeper.

Wow, thank you so much for taking the time to write this. This is exactly why I’m building Woah. I want to create something genuinely useful, listen to the people using it, and keep making it better. Getting feedback like yours makes all the late nights worth it. Really happy to have you on this journey!

Makes Understanding Recovery So Much Easier!

Really impressed with this app! I love how it takes all the health and fitness data from my wearable and turns it into information that’s actually useful. Being able to see how sleep, activity, and recovery affect each other makes it so much easier to understand when to push harder and when to take a rest day. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the AI coaching adds a nice personal touch. It’s especially helpful if you’re trying to balance regular workouts with proper recovery. Definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys tracking their fitness and wants to make better use of their health data!

Thank you for this! I love that you’re finding the connections between sleep, activity, and recovery useful. That’s exactly what I want Woah to help with: making all that health data easier to understand and actually use in everyday life. Really appreciate you giving Woah a try and sharing your experience!

Ai stops working , sync details not accurate

Couple days in and it’s not responding to questions and the synced detail is not accurate. Disappointing, may have to ask for refund

Response from developer

Hi, and thanks for your feedback. On Saturday, Woah was hit by a security incident and I had to shut down the Woah AI API. Version 4.1 is now live and everything is back to normal. I'm sorry for the trouble, and it taught me an important lesson. I hope you'll give the app a second chance, and feel free to reach out if you have questions or ideas for improvement

Fun, Smooth, and Easy to Use ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Woah is a fun and well-designed app with a clean, modern interface. It’s easy to navigate, the features are simple to use, and the overall experience feels smooth and enjoyable. A great app to have on your phone! 👍✨
