Love it.
Created a WOD workout for the family. It would be great if the app has audio notifications.
Great for using Linchpin
The import WOD feature is fantastic. I wish it had a distance measurement for running: basically let me know when I have ran 400m in the WOD by measuring the distance.
Great app; room for growth
The Apple Watch app is the biggest strength of WOD Insight; it makes tracking CrossFit workouts in the gym incredibly easy! I appreciate that the app only requires you to mark rounds as completed, not each rep (which would be essentially impractical). The AMRAP/EMOM/rounds-for-time/etc options are perfect for most general WODs and starting them on the fly. Creating custom workouts and downloading existing ones (hero workouts/shared wods/etc) is also extremely valuable and is particularly beneficial for keeping track of more complex workouts.
That said, the app interface on the phone is a bit clunky and the analytics are nothing particularly insightful (hence why I rate this 4 stars rather than 5). There is a TON of potential and room for growth for this app to get even better. Even still, it’s one of the best ones out there!

Response from developer
Thank you for the kind review! I’ve spent 2020 working on the watch version of the app and proving that Apple Watch can add value to CrossFit athletes. in 2021 expect much better and improved iPhone version of the app with more analytics. If you want to chat or suggest how the app can be improved than email on hello@wodinsight.com. Happy New year!
The best interval timers I’ve ever saw
You just must try TABATA on Apple Watch
Great for programming
This app has been SO useful for doing my own workouts! I love that I can browse through workouts that people have come up with, and find things like no equipment workouts or hero wods. Also love that it has tools for timing like Tabatas and emoms. And it’s all in one place! And easy to figure out!
