How is it even possible to not have pictures of dishes, even in the app or on the site?! I have to look up food photos on Google Maps.. This is ridiculous— want to see what I'm buying, not a pig in a poke! Might as well buy pants without pictures too-after all, the description tells you everything, right?

Never got my food.
This isn't the way people should start the new year. I live 5 mins away and I waited 40 min from when they texted me that my food was arriving out side my place and no one should up. I gave it a star cause at least they said they would refund my money. I hope they actually do that correctly. If I were wokanos I would have a discusión with who ever powers there app. I never got a number to get a hold of the driver. And to make it worst the driver that they got to deliver was Uber rush. You should really make sure that deliveries are processed by responsible professionals. And asking me if I still wanted my food after an hour of my sushi had been riding around someone's car. So I can't say that the app works well. Ordering was easy. But a successful app would be if everything actually got delivered. Maybe if something went wrong having a way to speak to someone. When I called the customer service my call was ended because there was no one to pick up my call. Wokano has great food. But I'll never use this app and any app that is powered by "chow now".

Wokano is the best!
I took a friend there and we both loved it! It was better than that other place on Wilshire called PF something. Wokano is definitely the place to be in Santa Monica!!!
