Phone pairing

I got sick and tired of trying over and over to connect my phone to the rear view camera to the wifi. Just keep telling me connection failed. I tried stopping it from recording while trying to connect but starts recording anyways. I looked everywhere to see what else i can do and it only gave me a headache to where i am here leaving a freakin review. It will not connect to iPhone 15.

Don't buy it

Even buying a wiring kit to record 24/7, this camera only record when the car is running. Today someone hit it at night and I couldn't see anything.

Can not connected to the phone

Wont connect not matter what

Its seems like a straight forward process but its not, doesn’t connect on either of the 2 wifi connections and now the app wont move pass selection screen where it ask for a camera or car refrigerator. Just spins and do nothing. Product good. App not so much. ( iPhone 14 )

Been Wanting

I’ve looked for 10 years for the best available camera front and rear. Had this professionally installed at Best Buy. The installer said this unit was by far the top if the line, it even topped there best. Installed 2 weeks love it, captured a collision and aided the police in an accident involving serious injuries. Love, Love, Love it! Don’t wait 10 years, protect yourself. Not if, but when an accident happens!

So basically I didn’t know the app wouldn’t connect the wifi on iPhone 13 max and it’s not working. The WiFi won’t even come up as an option.

App doesn’t work

Don’t even think it’s from wolf box. I tried putting in airplane mode too. There’s no directions so I don’t understand how we are magically supposed to know to to work the app

Issue connecting to camera

I’m trying to connect app to camera and my wolf box isn’t showing on WiFi setting to connect I need help even when I turn on airplane mode nothing is happening

Decent but big issues

The app is decent overall, but there are two issues:

To switch between multiple fridges, I must restart the app. Without restarting, the first fridge will connect, but the next attempt will hang indefinitely. I truly hope this can be fixed, as it’s annoying and only hurts customers that have invested in multiple Wolfbox products. Pro tip: don’t punish your most loyal customers with a degraded experience.

Fridges will dual zones will only show the current temp tied to the left zone. This might be a firmware limitation, as the fridge itself seems to almost always report that the temp is always exactly what I set the target temp to and I have to question if the system can truly report the right side temp given that there is no way the temperature is that consistent.

G840-h

I have a G840 H I bought specifically so I can stream the footage over Wi-Fi. But for some reason my G840-H doesn’t even have a wifi tab in the mirror it’s self even tho the box says WiFi on it. False advertising

This is the best camera I have had I’m a truck driver and it has saved my but a couple times .. everyone should have one

G850 4k

It is a bad application because if you do not have the dash with WiFi you cannot use the application. I think the g850 is very bad, you can't use the application, they must DM all of them have Wi-Fi, it is terrible to be in 2024, all their products must have Wi-Fi.

Download not viewable

I have the G840-H, I downloaded the app on my IPhone. I got them to sync up, I can view live feed and the recorded videos. The app allows me to download videos. I can not find the videos on my iPhone.
