Content not unlocked
I purchased the content so my 4yr old could play the game and it is still showing as locked.

Purchased the game for my 4 year old and the content is still locked. This needs to be resolved.
Purchased the pack and everything is locked
My 5 yr old wanted to play it and after purchasing the pack to unlock the content it is all still locked.
App doesn’t work.
