Phenomenal Reference App. For Astronomy Students
As mentioned in the title, this application is one of many fine applications that the WolframAlpha team has been so generous to bestow upon us here in the app. store. My only gripe with the program is the lack of comparability with the iPhone 5 in regards to taking advantage of all of the screen real-estate the 5 has to offer. I know it doesn't take much tweaking to scale the application appropriately, so it would be very much appreciated if it would be done sooner rather than later. Thanks again for a great app!!

Very limited functionality. Not worth the money
Essentially this app just displays some very basic data about a few dozen stars, essentially nothing that couldn't be searched for on Wikipedia. The 'computation' section allows for some simple data comparisons between a few stars, nothing particularly useful, even if it is briefly interesting.
All of this can be achieved with Wolfram Alpha in a browser. This app has very limited capabilities and is not worth the money at all.

I just use it to find out where stars are where I am, but it has a lot of other features too.
