About

Put your phone on the floor — Wolkup counts your push-ups, squats and plank seconds by itself, using the camera. No tapping, no manual input, no cheating. Every workout levels up your character: strength, endurance, core and more grow RPG-style with each session. Keep a daily streak with a grace window — one missed day doesn't burn your progress. WHAT'S INSIDE ● Camera workouts: push-ups, squats and plank counted automatically, entirely on-device ● Walks & runs: GPS route, pace, calories — works in the background and on the lock screen ● City exploration: a fog-covered map, discover new places and claim zones as you walk ● Character growth: your workouts feed real attributes — strength, endurance, core, speed ● Soft streaks: a grace window instead of instant resets ● Achievements: unlock badges for streaks, training volume, exercise mastery and exploration ● Friends: a public profile, friends by mutual follow, and a feed where their achievements and streaks show up ● Apple Watch: live heart rate right on the workout screen ● Apple Health: workouts saved with route and calories, activity imported back Your camera data never leaves the phone — pose recognition runs fully on-device. Start with 5 minutes a day. Wolkup makes it hard to stop.

What's New in Wolkup

2.7

August 6, 2026

What's new in 2.7 ● Friends feed: a new tab where you watch friends unlock achievements, hit round-number streaks and finish workouts — automatic, no manual posts. Cheer them with a like, and a private profile stays visible to friends only. ● A rebuilt home screen: the streak header is half as tall and says how bright the streak burns in words, the plan card pages through today's goals with a Start button on each, and a new "This week" block compares workouts, minutes, calories and reps against the same days of last week. ● Auto-pause: the timer freezes on its own when you stop at a light and picks up when you move again — your average pace is no longer diluted by standing still. Can be turned off in settings. ● Splits and analysis: a buzz on every kilometre (every 5 km on a bike or skates), a marker on the watch and the lock screen, and in the workout detail — time, heart rate, cadence and power for each split, heart-rate zones and the route. Plus a "Copy for AI" button. ● Honest calories: we show active energy, above resting — the same thing Apple counts. Walking, running and wheels each get their own formula, elevation included. ● Walks and runs now reach Apple Health with their map. ● Achievements: a new rewards section — unlock tiers for streaks, training volume, exercise mastery and map exploration, plus a rare Pioneer badge for the first 100 people to hit a 7-day streak. ● Six new camera exercises: floor core (sit-ups, glute bridge, leg raises) and dumbbells (overhead press, lateral raises, curls) — all counted automatically. ● Sign in with Apple and Google — one tap, no email code. ● Profiles and friends: a public profile you can share by link, and friends by mutual follow. ● Home Screen streak widget, and your streak now picks up Apple Watch workouts even if you open the app late. ● Walk/run distance keeps counting through GPS dropouts, plus reach boost in expeditions and fixes to plans and AI plan generation.
