WollyCard: loyalty cards

Your wallet is full of cards you use twice a year. WollyCard keeps them all on your phone: add a card once and you always have it with you. ADDING A CARD • Point the camera at the barcode or QR code. • Haven't got the card on you? Import the code from a photo in your gallery. • Or just type the number in, no camera needed. AT THE TILL • Open the card and show the code: the screen brightens on its own, so the scanner reads it first time. • Every card carries its shop's name and colours, so you spot the right one at a glance. • Keep the three or four you actually use each week in your favourites. THE VOUCHERS ON YOUR RECEIPT • Photograph the receipt: it picks up the expiry date, the aisle and the minimum spend on its own. You type the value in, because on the receipt it's drawn rather than printed. • They all sit in one place, sorted by expiry, so you see at a glance which ones you can still use. • A reminder reaches you a few days before they run out, not the day after. • Share them with the household: whoever spends one marks it used, and it disappears for everyone. WORKS OFFLINE TOO • Your cards live on the phone, so they open with no connection. • With an account they sync by themselves, and they follow you to a new phone. • A note on each card, for the PIN at the pump or when the points expire. FOR THE HOUSEHOLD • Create a household and invite whoever you like with a code. • Share one card, or just the ones you choose: the others use it without scanning it again. • You can belong to more than one household — yours and your parents'. PRIVACY • Card numbers are encrypted. • No adverts and no advertising trackers. • Sign in however you prefer: an emailed link, a six-digit code, or a password. • You can try the app without signing up: cards stay on the phone and are merged into your account the day you decide to create one.
