Staff Unwilling to help
I went to the mentor chat, and started speaking to a mentor named Cosmos.
I was enquiring on outfits. The staff member was clearly unwilling to help me. He said he doesn’t have the time to look for the outfit. When I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to since it was clear he didn’t wanna help me, he said he’s alone, and that there’s other people who need help. He was pretty much asking me to leave at this point.
To the devs: Please take some more time to interview your staff members. I had a really bad experience with this staff member (mentor) by the name of Cosmos. Clearly unwilling to help.
Update: I was asked to go on their discord server where I was told that I am a crazy entitled person who should seek professional help. I have never encountered such bad customer service. I won’t be playing this game again unless they are able to provide better customer service. This is unacceptable and I am utterly disgusted.

The mod team is unprofessional, making decisions based on their feelings. You can easily tell they all have blue hair from a mile away.
Amazing Game, Audience issues
I’ve been playing since April 4th, 2020, and I will say the game is fun, endless possibilities (especially with role cards!), you will always have a differently played game, and will definitely always have a good time. Only thing that sets it back is the players sometimes, but internet trolls and generally unknowing people have been around forever, so it’s going to happen almost everywhere. I recommend this game to everyone who likes social deception games, and I hope you have fun too!

They ban people who use bad language but don’t ban throwers. Be weary playing this
UNFAIR COSTUMER CARE
The Game is very good, but there are some players that have relationships with guardians and mentors, these 2 are responsible for banning players and make the rules apply to “everybody”. There are players that are friends with guardias or mentors and they get people banened indiscriminately. This has happened to me twice. I have been olaying the game for over 3 years. And I am ready to get rid of it because of its unfair way of rule applying by people who clearly are not aware of what is going on.

Wolveslville online. In terms of service you surrender your phone activity to the app. Meaning. They have access to all your emails. People in the game troll and if you get mad they report and you're blocked but ....they do something else. The "guardians" judge and block your account on your own device. You cant play the app because they hack to control your phone. So basically it's get bullied and let people get bullied or we hack your emails to not let you join our game.

Disappointed
I have played this game for over 7 years with occasional breaks in between. While I understand it’s difficult for a game to not have any trolls, this game has become increasingly more difficult to enjoy with the amount of throwers, alts, and people who are rude and racist. The game has also become extremely p2w by pushing out xp boosts that cost gems as well as roles locked behind paywalls, etc., making it less enjoyable for casual/f2p players.

Immature people ruin the experience
If i could give this a zero, that would be more appropriate. There are way too many trolls, racists, hateful people that play this game. The lack of oversight is astonishing. The game punishes people who flee far more than they punish those who say extremely hurtful things or purposefully throw the game. I’d rather someone flee than cheat or say bad things to others. This game punishes the wrong behavior.

For a game that censors profanities you would assume there would be a way to invite people and play the game normally without submitting your ID, you should never ever give this your data to a company no matter the intention, what happens when the data gets leaked?? Terrible absolutely ashamed i played this game since 2019.

O criador do jogo fez tudo pra afastar os veteranos por pura birra, o jogo estourou na época da pandemia mas hj em dia poucas pessoas continuam jogando, enquanto a preocupação deles era com a farm de xp no, diversos perfis fakes nunca eram banidos por ip. Enfim jogo bom fiz muitas amizades mas em 2026 não émais sustentável.

The game has an extremely unreasonable penalty system. Because I spent a lot of money and got nice skins, I was always camped and killed on the first day, or if not killed, I was forced into the first role. Many players are low-level and don't care about the rules, and they just report me unreasonably, after which the game bans me. This is a trash game; I will never play it again. Furthermore, you have seriously violated the laws of the Vietnamese market, and I will sue you to the government.

If I could give this game 0 stars, I would. Deleted after 2.5 months!
Wolvesville is a social deduction game where werewolves, solo killers, and villagers try to eliminate each other by using strategy, deception, and teamwork. The concept itself is fun, but the community and moderation completely ruin the experience.
The environment is filled with harassment, bullying, insults, threats, and toxic behavior. Teenagers and younger players are exposed to this every day, yet the moderation often feels inconsistent. One of the biggest problems is that if someone bullies or harasses you, defending yourself can result in you being punished as well. Instead of protecting victims, the system can end up treating both sides the same.
The game brings together all kinds of people, including those who intentionally harass others or create a hostile environment, and many of them continue playing without meaningful consequences. This makes the game frustrating rather than enjoyable.
To make matters worse, when I contacted support to raise these concerns, the response was simply, “You don’t have to play.” That kind of dismissive attitude toward player feedback is disappointing and shows little concern for improving the community.
The gameplay has potential, but without fair moderation and a safer environment, it’s difficult to recommend. Unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative.
