Where’s the magazine?
I’ve had an active subscription for over a year. Some weeks you get the magazine Monday (Great) but around 70% of the time it’s Wednesday or Thursday! I’ve even had one not arrive until Friday! This week I’m still waiting & it’s Thursday…emails get no response except the automated one that tells you they received your email.
This really needs addressing! Terrible customer service, at least answer my emails!

Often delay in receiving Woman’s Day
Bit disappointing that often my subscription magazines including Woman’s Day are not available reliably each week even though subscriptions are still active.

This has happened twice now in the last fortnight where the app does not update with the latest magazine. The first time it took over a week and now its Thursday and it still has not refreshed. NOT HAPPY JAN!!!
Stops Showing New Issues at Least Once a Year
I’ve had this app from the beginning, with a subscription through Apple. At least once a year it will stop showing new issues and no amount of “restore purchases” will fix it. Very frustrating given it happens with all three ARE Media apps I have at the same time.
Can’t download or contact anyone
Regularly just stops connecting and won’t download mags of you do contact someone it’s not their problem it’s someone else’s no help or you don’t have a subscription I’m cancelling and going to use ZINIO better access
Woman’s day
The app misses a woman’s day every now and then and I have to spend a lot of time trying to contact someone to fix it When my subscription is over I’m going back to a hard copy I also tried a heap of nicknames and they were all taken I found this amazing as some of the names were obscure

If I wanted to capture the audience I would nit splatter first 10-12 pages with publicity fashion spreads

Not sure of the point of an online magazine when the app is not showing the latest edition two days after it has become available in the shops as a hard copy. There is not even a front cover to be seen. Very odd.🤔
Not happy with the direction the magazine’s taken over the last years
Many articles are absolute fantasy and/or nasty character assassinations. Very disappointed so after 40 years of loyalty I have cancelled my subscription as I prefer not to read this junk

In about May last year I lost 5 weeks of my subscription because I could not down load the magazines due to some IT fault on your part . I could not get my money back for the lost magazines because your reps said it was not possible. Very bad customer service and not happy with Apple.
Over Xmas last year and into 2021 once again some IT fault happened and when one is on holidays it is the time to read magazines but once again there was trouble downloading then . Sent emails but of course no reply (once again poor customer service.) Eventually we were able to down load all copies but this was after we went and purchased from newsagent. No Sorry no nothing...once again poor customer service.Tried to go through another company to get digital magazines I have subscription too but could not so maybe foolishly went through Apple again. One last chance. Do not expect a reply from Apple again....poor customer service.
