Very fun and great designs
App was very fun and has great designs, the music tool is a bit finicky but works nonetheless. The time it takes to get very high level creatures is a bit excessive, but the creatures are worth it. The actual music for this game is very nostalgic for me and is well thought out.

全く操作出来なくなった！イベント中なのにタイムは過ぎる、イベントに行けないどころか何もタップ出来ない。以前も同じ現象になったから一度アプリ消して一からやり直してるのに。

Package payed for and not received
I payed for a pack and it has taken money from bank but not given the goods and diamonds to me
Poor customer support.
I love this game but customer support is taking a long time to resolve the issue of my missing event creature/eggs and missing premium lands. These are items I paid for and I would rather have them than have to request a refund through Apple. I also realized that the in game coins I spent upgrading my storage was wasted too. The coins have been spent but my storage space has been reset to the starting amount. Hopefully they’ll resolve this issue promptly so I can get back to enjoying the game.
