Scam
Only the base game is free. Each expansion costs money. I could understand a one time payment of 99¢ for the others because of how simplistic of a program it is in the first place.

Thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry that the iconography is unclear. But you do NOT have to pay for every expansion separately. You get everything with one purchase. You would make me happy if you could reconsider your rating :)
