It came alive finally!
We bought this last Christmas and the app had a lot of problems, I finally came back and redownloaded the app and gave it a try and the unicorn came alive. Just point it at the top of the box with the lid closed.
Point the camera at the top of box to work!
I almost gave up but then we pointed at the top of the box and it started to work and my daughter loved it. But u have to keep the top of the box in view it seems to keep the image running

Pointed app camera everywhere at box, inside & out, open & closed. Nothing.

Wasting time for the app
The app is a very simple download and easy to navigate. The issue and reason for a 1 star rating is the “alive” feature. The camera doesn’t open in the app. Thankfully this was a gift and we didn’t spend money on the jewelry box. However, a plain jewelry box would’ve been better since the app doesn’t work with it. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling multiple times. It doesn’t work.

If I could I would give no stars
Doesn’t work at all. Just a black screen when it’s supposed to be using the camera. I even tried deleting and downloading again, still nothing. Sure would be nice if you fixed this problem.

This would be really cool if the animated setting on the app actually worked once you try to use the camera it’s just a black screen .. I would’ve paid less for the same jewelry box without the “come to life feature” if I knew this was going to happen

Can you please make an effort to fix this already?!?! If not, your product, and the advertisement of your music boxes are misleading. (False advertising)

Daughters were super bummed that they could not experience the unicorn magic. If this is a recurring problem they should remove the false advertisement from their product page mentioning this as a key selling point.

App doesn’t work. Wish I had known before purchase; this was a Santa gift and part of the magic was supposed to be the unicorn dancing on top of the box. I would have gifted a different item had I know this didn’t work.

App doesn’t work really is a downer. My grandchild was very excited and then let down that the app didn’t work. Just a black screen.

App developers keep responding to reviews saying they are working on the glitch but nothing so far. This isn’t a glitch - it just doesn’t work period. Sad. Not holding my breath on this one but I have a very disappointed kid over here.

Well I got to listen to a screaming 4 year old when I couldn’t get animation to work - please fix this it’s the reason my mom bought this for my child
Terrible and Disappointed
The app used for the box only shows a black screen when the camera is activated for interaction. The gift itself has seemingly good reviews on Amazon, however after receiving as a gift for my child, downloading the app for interactive play, we now see the absolute terrible reviews under the app. Do not purchase! You will be disappointed just like the rest of us !!

The app isn’t working when you open it’s just a black screen. Other than the the jewelry box is gorgeous and the necklace and bracelet are beautiful and our girlie loves it. Just wish the app worked so it can be fully enjoyed.
