Clear and helpful!

I love how it incorporates my wearable data to measure stress. The expert sessions I attended have been really good too

This app is a wonderful addition to my workday

I especially love the 10 minute sessions on mindset. They’re the perfect pick me up when I need to reset or shift perspective. Sometimes they’re gentle reminders of the things I already know and needed to hear again. Other times they offer completely new insights that change the way I think how I show up in my day.

What I’d love to see more of is support with choosing exactly what to practice (especially on the busier days). That said, the more I use WONE and every time I retake my index the better the platform gets at recommending what I need most.

Amazing corporate health app

The app has transformed my health at work and at home. I’m amazed by how easy it’s made it to prioritise my health with short, personalised content. It’s made me a better manager and helped my team enormously.

Love the experts!

Great sessions run by really great experts, love that I get calendar invites so I never forget to practice.

I love this app!

This app is so good. It’s my go-to app when I’m feeling stressed or tired. The best bit is that the sessions are short so I can fit them into my day at work. They have a couple of cool features that help with motivation - adding sessions to my work calendar for me, and then showing me the benefits to things like my heart rate after doing a session. Love it!
