Doesn’t work

Auto flow works, returns to app with consumer and private key added, but refreshes and removes all the data and enters a loop to do it all again.

Almost…

It’s one of the better looking and functioning WooCommerce apps (which by itself is unfortunate), but there are several poorly coded and annoying aspects to it. For starters, the subscribe button for their “50% Off” offer doesn’t work. Next, you are absolutely forced to click through all of the stupid “Getting Started” garbage before you can actually use the app, whether for a re-install or if you just add the app to another device. Then there are all the routinely non-responsive buttons and functions which require force-quitting and re-starting the app. They also clearly forget to check everything using the dark theme since there is a bunch of unreadable text in various places. Finally there is no way to share a subscription across devices so if you want to add it to both your iPhone and iPad for example, you’ll need to cough up twice the money (and again, the 50% Off offer button won’t work so forget taking advantage of it).

The app had a lot of promise, especially since it doesn’t require the insanely bad Jetpack plugin and also doesn’t create a bunch of new webhooks that cause store-wide problems like some of the other app options out there. We’ll be reluctantly sticking with it for now until we can have a custom app developed, but recommend not subscribing after the free trial unless and until they fix all the basic failures.

Error actualización

He estado usando vuestro app desde hace tiempo pero en la ultima actualización me anuncia WOOCER IA pero al clickar “Actualizar “ me redirige a App Store y me pide abrir la app y así en bucle.

Me podéis ayudar?

Gracias

Create Order

The “Create Order” option is not practical.
Please make it so that I can simply enter the customer’s name, phone number, and address.
As for the address, I want to specify the available countries myself—it’s not reasonable to have all the countries in the world listed and have to select the customer’s country from them.
The user experience when creating orders needs improvement to make order entry easier.
I will renew my subscription once this is improved.

Very useful but needs some improvements

The app does its main job well: it allows you to add multiple WooCommerce stores and sends real-time notifications when new orders arrive. It’s very handy for keeping track of things from your phone. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The notifications don’t clearly show which store the order came from (for example, it just says “STORE #3”, “STORE #2”), and they aren’t translated into Spanish. The order statuses are also only in English, which can be confusing. Another important issue is that the payment method used for each order is not shown, and orders created or synced via the REST API are not counted in the total sales for the day. If these issues are fixed, this would easily be a 5-star app.
