I love this game but my chief complaints are that they’re repeating levels and the game is freezing and quitting on me on my iPhone 16. Any suggestions for the freezing developers?

And it freezes a lot lately. When you get really high in levels. I restarted once don’t want to have to do that again… it made me start from the beginning when I did it last time

Not relaxing
I love the game, 2000+ levels in it’s become part of my evening routine. But now all it does is freeze. Over and over. Other apps open or not. WiFi connection or not. Other internet or not. I’ve lost paid for content, emailed 3 times, no response from makers
Used to love, now deletion is imminent
I used to really love this game however the time to complete the puzzles has shortened and shortened to the point of now only getting 36 seconds to complete a puzzle. There is zero time to analyze as you go. Even when I know the order of how to clear it, there is literally not enough time to move all of the pieces to solve the puzzle in time. You pretty much have to purchase the tools to clear many levels. To me this has become a money-making scheme. I am most likely going to delete it. First I want to see if the new, similar app I downloaded stays the same. Right now they give you at least a minute and half to solve every puzzle…. Sometimes over 2 minutes. This makes it fun. Still a little challenging, but time to relax and think and not feel like I am raising a clock. Feeding my anxiety is not at all what I want to do when I am playing a game to unwind.

Glitches and freezes now
Loved this game until it took away the chance to watch a video to extend time and it glitches ALL

Не плохая игра,конечно мне больше по душе спокойно играть и наслаждаться игрой,чем гнаться за таймером,иногда сложно пройти,может надо подсказки всякие использовать,но я привыкла без них,в целом не плохо

Phone crashes
My phone crashes all the time only when playing this game. It’s great fun but this glitch is frustrating. No updates for months
Good Game UNTIL it started glitching and freezing!
Every time I play this game on my phone, it freezes several times. I lose at least 2-3 lives every time. I tried restarting my phone and once even deleted the app and started all over. I’ve contacted the company and no response. What’s the fix?
Why the change?
This was my favorite game. Sadly one can no longer watch ads to obtain boosters or gain extended time. Deleting.
Frustrating
Game has too many hard levels back to back. Also freezes and so I had to force stop my phone to fix it. Finally just deleted it.

Glitches
Game keeps glitching even after I’ve updated, deleted app multiple times and restarted losing all of my progress.

Super fun game but will freeze fairly regularly requiring me to turn off the phone and lose the level I’m on. This makes it so frustrating.
Love the game
I love the game even tho as the level go higher it takes me days to complete one level. But my issue is the game keeps freezing my phone I literally have to restart my phone and lose one of my lives. Please fix this bug
