Wood Cutting Calculator (Optimize Cutting List) This app helps you minimize waste by cutting wood or boards efficiently. 1. Straight Cut - Enter the wood specifications to be used at the top. Example: 2x2 3000mm 2x4 3600mm - Select the wood specifications defined above, then enter the required length and quantity. Example: 3 x 2x2(3000) 1200mm 5 x 2x4(3600) 1500mm - Enter the saw blade thickness (cutting width) and click the "Calculate" button to check the total required quantity. 2. Board Cutting - Enter the size of the board. (Entering the quantity is optional.) Example: 2440x1220 - Enter the size and quantity of the remaining board. Example: 1000x500 - Enter the length, width, and quantity of the required pieces. Example: 5 x 1500 x 1200 (mm) 7 x 1100 x 600 (mm) - Enter the cutting width (cuff) and click the "Calculate" button to check the required quantity of boards.
