Our Wood Identifier app uses a fast, high-performance server to identify different types of wood, ensuring users get top-quality results without having to wait long. This incurs ongoing costs. We offer a trial subscription, and you can cancel your subscription at any time and renew it whenever you want to use it again. Unfortunately, your rating has nothing to do with our app. But thank you anyway for the feedback.

Thank you very much for your review. We realize that even for experts, it can be difficult to identify the type of wood based on a photo. However, we do offer the option to provide suggestions as to what the wood might be. If the photo is clear and well-lit, the accuracy rate is very high. We’re glad you tried our app. We’re constantly improving it, and reviews like yours motivate us to keep doing so.
Only good for very common wood

It’s obviously hard for us to tell exactly what the issue was on your end, but it’s always important to have enough lighting so that the wood can be clearly identified.
