Does not work properly
Hour and minute hands do not move like they should for a real analogue clock. Reached out for support, but never heard back.

Great app except it doesn't enable the iPad to go to sleep. Would like to see the sound play in the background too.

The developers have done a great job on the re-design.
The sound on this is great. This friend of mine has a grandfather clock he paid a few thousand for, and i took this clock over to which one sounded best. The iPad wooden clock sounded better.
It's a real high quality sound--not some cheap sounding imitation of the real clock. The sound of this clock is up there.
Now that the developer allows screen dimming to be turned off, a user can hang the iPad on the wall and use it as a wall clock.
This is the best chiming clock I know of. But I recommend that the developer not rest on his laurels but roll up his sleeves, get to work, and make this clock even better. I am talking about taking on the attitude of Henry Ford or somebody like that, who kept at it till he got all of it right, not just one part of it.

When grandparents and parents had all sorts of ticking cloches from the wrist watch to the huge grandfather clock. Rack with their own distinctive sound. Relaxing and wonderful. Maybe just play with other. Clock types and sounds.

As described. Chime very authentic. Why not five stars? I have a question about the hour hand; it doesn't move until the minute hand is exactly on the "12". I don't remember this as being correct. I believe the hour hand moves slowly along as with most clocks. Obviously this can lead to a mis-read of one hour. Also, additional vintage faces would be nice.

Nice to see a clock like this. I really think think this is the only one of its kind. I cant believe that out of the thousands of digital clocks on the app market, this is the only one that looks and sounds like a nice real clock.
Too bad we can't customize the tick and chime volume levels. If I lower the tick to an acceptable level so that it's not so annoyingly loud, the chimes can barely be heard. Add that feature and it will be a 5 star app. Looking forward to new clocks. Don't forget the volume control!

Keeps Time
It's nice to see a time keeper besides digital, although it might be nice to include a digital option seen at the same time as the analog so the new generation can equate the two and learn how to actually use the analog. The ticking can be soothing, however the ticks are not in sync with the pendulum. The pendulum is too slow. It should tick each time it reaches the far left of swing and the far right of swing....which is not so relaxing. Thanks for the app. The new clocks will be interesting to see.

I was hoping to find a simple clock app for the iPad and this fits the bill. Looking forward to the future updates with new clocks.
