Great service and excellent customer service
I use two or three of the Woodie’s near me and I have to say every Employee is friendly and nice. The service is outstanding. The machines are great the vacuuming the rags the employees just I can’t say enough nice things.
Autopay and pause payment
I tried three times to pause my payment schedule and after what I believed to be the final time I get charged for another payment period the next day

You should have a sticker like gated communities for DV people to get in instead of having someone read the tags.

I was at your location off of Silver Palm and I had noticed that I had stepped into some gum when I walked out of my job. I couldn’t get it off my car with the all purpose cleaner that you have available to your customers. I stopped WILLIAM while he was in the middle of a task, he was genuinely interested in helping me. The dried sticky gum was gone within seconds after he returned with his “magic potion”.
Employees who stand out such as him need to be recognized. I am an annual car wash pass holder. I have always been pleased with the consistent level of customer service that is offered at your location. All employees are engaging, professional, and represent your business very well.

Not that helpful, game is a scam
Many of the features don’t apply for basic wash users. The map is convenient but I could do the same with any map app that comes on my phone. The in-app spin game is a scam. I always land on the same (zero reward) space, which has a 1/12 chance. Having done that eight times in a row, the odds of which is nearly comparable to winning the lottery, it is obviously rigged.
