Difficult to Use
Makes you wait 30 days to switch between your phone and your pad which I think is not user-friendly. Sometimes I’m at home sometimes I’m on the road and I like the convenience of going back-and-forth at my own discretion. Second when you go in on your pad, you can’t see the entire landscape screen and it will not adjust so you can see things off to the right side. The free spin game is a joke. You never win.

I love everything about this service! The people are very friendly. The process is very smooth and seamless it’s an awesome value, especially if you go with the top-tier programs, which gives you so many more benefits, such as roadside assistance and mobile oil change.

Great for the car wash, but the spin game feels rigged now
I use the app for my car wash membership, and the spin-to-win game is a fun bonus on top of that. I actually looked forward to opening the app every day to take my chances. When I first started, I won pretty regularly, and the points added up to real savings.
Lately, though, I almost never win. I suspect a recent update changed the probabilities, because now I only ever land on “Shoot” or “Free Spin,” and the free spin always ends in “Shoot” anyway.

I’ve stopped twice to Woodys Carwash and every time it’s been very impressive with employees. I stopped on 07/19/2026 had a young lady named Lily she was so professional & kind so I finally signed up to wash my car. Customer service is so important in Venice/Sarasota county. Woodys is the best in Venice Florida. Lily was awesome even in this humid Hot weather she smiled & helpful she’s definitely a “10”. Woody’s is #1 here. MS

Great service and excellent customer service
I use two or three of the Woodie’s near me and I have to say every Employee is friendly and nice. The service is outstanding. The machines are great the vacuuming the rags the employees just I can’t say enough nice things.
Autopay and pause payment
I tried three times to pause my payment schedule and after what I believed to be the final time I get charged for another payment period the next day

I was at your location off of Silver Palm and I had noticed that I had stepped into some gum when I walked out of my job. I couldn’t get it off my car with the all purpose cleaner that you have available to your customers. I stopped WILLIAM while he was in the middle of a task, he was genuinely interested in helping me. The dried sticky gum was gone within seconds after he returned with his “magic potion”.
Employees who stand out such as him need to be recognized. I am an annual car wash pass holder. I have always been pleased with the consistent level of customer service that is offered at your location. All employees are engaging, professional, and represent your business very well.
