Banner Ads Cause Lagging
I was fine with having ads in between games, but the banner ads at the top of the screen during gameplay are causing severe lagging and crashes. The app clearly isn't built to handle the overload, and it's made the game impossible to play due to not working properly.
I get that ads between games are necessary, and I'm sure I'll just get an auto response saying they "need ads to keep the game free for everyone" or whatever, but these specific ads are wrecking your app. What's the point in keeping the game "free for everyone" if we can't play it? Unless this gets fixed or an ad-free option becomes available, I'll either just play offline or I'll find a new game.

Love this game, helps when bored and helps me concentrate. Not bad on my eyes. When I was younger I loved Tetris so was easily drawn to this Game by its logo 👀🙂🤔
Great game shame about all the ads
This is a really good enjoyable game which I find addictive. But the ads are infuriating. They cut into the play just before the end so you don’t know if you have won or lost. If they could be delayed until after a game then it would increase the enjoyment considerably. Also I like to listen to either music or an audio book during play and the adverts stop this every time. It gets so bad that I have to have one device to listen and my phone on mute to play. That’s why I’ve only given it 3 stars, but it could easily be a 5 star game if it was sorted out

Love the game. But since you fixed some “bugs” it no longer works on my phone. The icon will not load onto my Home Screen , and when I try to open it from the app, it just shuts off🤦♀️

WHATS GONE WRONG
Why is this game ‘sticking’ all the time since last update. I try to move a piece and it stays put but then jumps into the wrong place!!

10 seconds of gameplay, 30-45 seconds ads after every level. Disappointing.
Update: The developers, Tripledot Studios, responded to my original review with an AI generated auto-response, which claimed that they require so many ads to be able to provide the game “completely free of charge.” Tripledot Studios isn’t paying customer service representatives, for sure. So, where’s this big expense, Tripledot? Why so many ads? More disappointing.
