The library doesn’t even accept the app’s virtual card
One of the main reasons I got this app was because I wanted to use the virtual library card to save wallet space. However, the library actually doesn’t recognize the app’s virtual card - their official app!

This app is terrible compared to the old app. It lacks everything that the old app had. Why would you switch to this terrible app? Why wouldn't the developer look at the old app and at least make it better? not worse? It seriously looks ridiculously dated compared to the old app. There is absolutely nothing good about this app. Just garbage. Can you tell I hate it?
