Promising App but failed in the end
The concept was great- protect your pets if something happens to you. Unfortunately the app developer just couldn’t make it work quite right. The timer would recognize that we left our residence but never stop and reset upon return. This resulted in notices of concern from WOOF almost going to the wellness check stage if you didn’t manually shut it down. I worked with Arsy directly over months to try and resolve the issue but to no avail. I tried several phones to eliminate the problem but it was the same result. I am unaware of any other product that will perform this vital task. It was a perfect solution to this nagging concern for our pets but it failed in the end. Please Arsy, get it together.

Used to work… now doesn’t
This seemed to work well, then I auto-renewed but I’d says I need to renew although I already paid. No one answers the phone, chat leave a message. Got an email after a few weeks that it’s being redesigned and done instructions to take in tre meantime, but the instructions are not applicable. In the yea time I’m paying for nothing. It’s been a few more weeks since I last emailed about this and no further reply.

As a senior citizen with no family, this might be a pet lifesaver. I agree with the Sharks though, that the name and dog icon doesn’t work. More people in the US have cats than dogs and many have other types of pets (fish, birds, gerbils, etc) so I really hope you make changes. What about “Ark” which was a safe place for animals?

Love the idea
I love the idea of this app, but it doesn’t work well. I’ve gotten multiple messages about my timer running out when it should have reset multiple times that same day. The emergency contacts won’t save. The ones I had got erased along with my pets info. I did cancel my membership, but should still have six months left that I already paid for. I’d be a customer again for the peace of mind this offers, but the service needs to work.

Loving this app
This app gives me peace of mind when I leave my puppy at home because you never know what may happen to you. I love my dog to much to even think about them being left alone for hours and hours.
Doesn’t recognize real world of work from home
I thought this looked great after shark tank and thought sharks were crazy to pass up. Bought it and then realized it won’t work for me because I work from home so leaving my home for a short walk won’t reset time and will give false trigger. Somedays I don’t leave home which would set off trigger. Too much to manage. It should be based on phone activity and not gps. If I open up my phone, then I’m likely alive and well and so is my dog. Btw, make it phone activity based (not distance/gps based) and you have a new app for older adults or single people and no phone activity triggers alarm to care givers, human and pet alike.

Good idea. Poor execution
GPS based. Company doesn’t recognize that many people live/work at home. So even a short walk from house doesn’t reset timer. Will send false positives. Have suggestions to make app broader m/better and responder clearer is single minded. Probably why they didn’t get shark tank deal. Too bad. Good idea, bad execution.

Saved my dogs life
I was stuck in a line at the grocery store holding a lot of items and couldn't reach my phone in my pocket. The timer went off and woof broke my door down to my house and rescued my doggo. I'm so glad my dog, Robert (she/her) is safe. Thanks woof
