Disconnected and won’t reconnect

I’ve been using my light for a couple months and it’s been so amazing! I use it everyday and use the app to control it. Yesterday when I went on the app to turn it on it didn’t show the lamp, the app said I had no lamps connected. I kept try and trying to reconnect the lamp but it will not reconnect to my app at all. I am so frustrated as the lamp is completely useless now.
